Do I need to buy new cameras?

No. We monitor your existing system in most cases. If your cameras or recorder can't be accessed remotely, we'll tell you what needs upgrading before you commit to anything.

What happens when your operators see something?

We call your designated contact directly and describe what we're seeing. You decide the response. We can also follow an escalation list — for example, calling a site manager first, then a director if there's no answer.

Do you contact the police?

Our standard service is to notify you. If you want us to contact emergency services directly under specific conditions, we'll agree that in writing before monitoring begins.

How much does it cost?

Monitoring is charged as a flat monthly fee based on the number of cameras and hours of coverage. There are no per-incident charges. Contact us with your camera count and we'll quote you.

Can you monitor sites outside Pakistan?

Yes. Provided your system is accessible over the internet, location doesn't matter. Several of our clients are outside Pakistan, and the time difference works in their favour — our daytime covers their night.

Is monitoring 24 hours, or can I choose hours?

Either. Many clients only need overnight and weekend coverage, which costs less than full 24/7. We'll set coverage windows to match when your site is actually empty.

How secure is the connection to my cameras?

Access is encrypted and restricted to named operators. We don't store your footage beyond what your own system retains, and access logs are available on request.
